I am involved in the greatest love affair of all-time… the pursuit of God. I want to know Him more than anything else this life has to offer. As I've invested time into this relationship my life has completely changed. I've gone from being a selfish, self-absorbed person to someone who desires to share love with others. I want everyone I meet to know this man… Jesus, who died for me… so I could have a relationship with my father – God in heaven.
We pursue God because He first put that desire within us.
As you are reading this, I will be in Kenya working with the Maasai tribe. I know God placed within these people a desire to know Him. God has also laid it upon my heart to be a vessel in sharing the Hope of Christ with those who have yet to discover this desire.
I hope you will pray for me and my team and the work we are doing this week. Pray for eyes to be opened, ears to hear the truth and for souls to be wakened to this desire to know Jesus.
I also pray the desire within you be stirred to want to know God in a more passionate way. I promise you – if you run hard after Him, pursuing Him, desire intimacy with Him, you will not be disappointed. In fact, you will be blessed beyond your wildest dreams. It is the most amazing experience in life… to pursue God and to discover all He has in store for you. You are His prized possession. He created you to bring glory to Him. Rejoice in this amazing relationship.
