Guarding Against Discouragement (3)
Date Posted: December 20, 2009

This holiday season as Christians we celebrate the birth of Christ. My prayer is for those who read this to draw close to the Savior as we begin to celebrate the birth of Christ. For many this season it may be a time of grieving over the loss of a loved one, financial difficulties or other painful issues of life. When life looks dark we must remember, it is in the darkness that the light of Jesus Christ shines the brightest. So...if the tears are falling, do not despair, lift your voice in prayer to the Savior and he WILL lift you up in your time of need.

Guarding agaisnt discouragement means going directly to the Savior, the King of kings, and Lord of lords.

May God bless you all as we draw close to December 25.
