Relationships of The Heart w/ Nancy

Milk And Itching Ears
Date Posted: November 25, 2012

This morning I opened my eyes at 6:30 a.m. The problem, there was no reason for me to be awake this early. Since I was awake I clicked into a message and what did I hear, "It is time to grow up Christian and live the mature christian life. It is time to get off the milk." At the moment as I write this I am listening to a message with descriptions of Nero, Caesar and the church of Smyrna. (Revelation 2:8-11)

As I bring both messages together in their entirety, I realize there are many who will not listen to such a message. In today's world many desire to hear, the itching ear messages or instructions. Paul warns Timothy of this problem and this problem still exists today.

2 Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.

If you are seeking truth this morning turn to; Matthew 5:11-12

My short prayer; "Well Lord, I do believe it is you who woke me to hear this message What a way to get my attention on a early Sunday morning. Thank you Lord for using others to speak truth to my Spirit in the early morning hour."

Yes, our enemies have been defeated.
