Stepping Back Into The Battle, Protected
Date Posted: June 17, 2012

In the world around us we are experiencing conversation after conversation of negativity. The topics cover our governments, families, neighbors and daily situations. If we are not careful we can begin our day with thoughts that are uplifting and within a few hours we join the ranks of complainers in the world.

When we step back into the battle, or we've been in the battle for years it is important that we protect our mind. Paul speaks of this throughout his writings. Paul speaks to the Philippians in a letter to remind them of what they are to think about.

Finally brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praise worthy--think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received from me, or seen in me--put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. Philippians 4:8-9

Join us this week as we continue to Step Back Into The Battle. This weeks theme is stepping back into the battle, Protected. We are called to take every thought captive. Since we read this in God's word, it means that yes we can take every thought captive. Not maybe, not possibly, but definitely. The choice is ours!

As always, your comments, thoughts and questions are welcome.
