Facial expressions!
Date Posted: June 9, 2004

One day President Thomas Jefferson and a group of other men were crossing a swollen stream on horseback. A man standing on the bank of the river waited until several of the men crossed. Then he waved to Jefferson and asked him to take him across the river on his horse...and the President gladly obliged.

When the man reached the other side he got off Jefferson's horse...immediately one of the other men asked him, "Tell me, why did you select the President of the United States to carry you across the river?"

The man replied, "I didn't know he was the President! All I know is that on some faces is written the answer 'NO' and on some the answer 'YES'. His face was one of the latter."

What do people see when they look at your face?
Do they see the worries of the world etched in a wrinkled forehead?
Do they see the exhaustion of depression scribbled in bloodshot eyes?

Maybe it's time for some of us to get a much needed face-lift!!
Maybe it's time for God's grace to do a mighty work in your life!
Grace really is 'amazing', for it will not only change the way you look atothers but the way others look at you.

When people looked at Jesus, they saw a 'YES' face...a face radiant with grace and truth!

This week, may YOUR face be a reflection of God's amazing grace!
