Weekly Wisdom Winnows

Last week I sent out a survey on your Christian Walk. It was very interesting to note the very small response I got to this. I went to the Lord this morning and ask Him, What is it with people? Why did they not respond? This was His reply. (NOW to those of you who did not respond, you know if this is you or not. So don't take offence. There is a small percentage that things happened and you were not able to complete. Okay?)
1. It did not pertain to their likes and dislikes, their personality, or the natural things of their life.
2. Many were too busy to respond.
3. Many did not want to stop and examine the truth about themselves.
4. Many did not care enough to take the time.
5. Many did not deem it important enough to take the time.
If this happens to be you, maybe you need to stop and ask yourself, why will I fill out one of the surveys that comes across my screen every day of the week that talks about natural things but would not fill out this one. Or maybe you need to ask yourself why this survey made you uncomfortable. Or maybe you need to ask the Lord are you priorities in order. Then finally, you may need to ask yourself and God-has my love for you and the things of God waxed cold? If this is the case you need to go back to the word and see what He has to say about these people.
This article is not to condemn you or to make you feel like I am judging you, far from it. I love you enough to want to see the best that you can be for God come to the surface!! Be Blessed!

To separate or get rid of (an undesirable part); eliminate: winnowing out the errors in logic. ...separate grain from chaff...separate the good from the bad...examine closely in order to separate the good from the bad; sift...' God had placed a longing in my heart to teach the body of Christ how to separate from carnal thinking and rid themselves of old ways that hinder their Spiritual growth. I desire to see them live victoriously, by the 'higher ways' of God's wisdom.'
