'Christ in You...'

God's Other Name
Date Posted: June 5, 2016

All that God does, thinks, and speaks is Love. Because He IS Love. God's other name is "LOVE".

No one would ever know the word, the concept, or the reality if there were no God named Love. We would never know, hear of, or recognize love in any form or expression if there were no Originator of love. Love in every form, expression, word, or deed could not exist if there were no God Love. God did not create love. He didn't need to. He is and always has been love personified. All that is, came from His love.

Love is not an abstract concept. It must originate from a source. When Adam and Eve disobeyed Him, they lost their only Source and concept of Love. They lost God's Love. The world has been "lost" ever since. - 1 John 4:7-9.

Love others without conditions, or, expectations - realizing that all have a fallen nature, and their flesh can dictate if they have not received, and are not responsive to, the Holy Spirit - John 2:24-25 Jesus was open, kind, giving, and loving, but not gullible. He understood human nature as no other on earth.

Those who possess the love of God are often thought of as being simple, and gullible. Love is not blind. God is not blind. He can observe, reward, and punish out of pure love, and be perfect in love. He is always perfect Love in knowledge, power, reward, punishment. Without God, love cannot exist.

He is able to be Love from what seems to be far away, but His Love is always present in those who have become possessors of, and live and move in His love in them. And He Loves and recognizes and can relate to those who love out of His love. His love also comprehends all that has the lack of love. The Love of God is always on the giving side. The lack of the Love of God is the root cause of all evil - in the world at large, in marriages (too often based on a romantic love that feeds on take rather give).

But God proved His love by one eternal, all-encompassing act.

When the human creation fell and lost paradise in the garden, the Son-Love told the Father-God: "Father, I will go to earth live among those whom we created, and I will buy them back. I will take on my self the due destruction that they deserve, and pay their penalty in their place. Then, they will have an opportunity to live forever along with us as your children....the children of our love who can be part of our family of Love. Eventually, they will be part of our Love, and dwell in the new heavens and new earth wherein LOVE will dwell forever"!

Would you like to live forever where there is only Love? Would you like to BE love?

"Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For our knowledge is fragmentary (incomplete and imperfect), and our prophecy (our teaching) is fragmentary (incomplete and imperfect). But when the complete and perfect (total) comes, the incomplete and imperfect will vanish away (become antiquated, void, and superseded).

When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; now that I have become a man, I am done with childish ways and have put them aside. For now we are looking in a mirror that gives only a dim (blurred) reflection [of reality as in a riddle or enigma], but then [when perfection comes] we shall see in reality and face to face! Now I know in part (imperfectly), but then I shall know and understand fully and clearly, even in the same manner as I have been fully and clearly known and understood. And so faith, hope, love abide: these three; but the greatest of these is love." - 1 Corinthians 13:8-13
