'Christ in You...'

The Puzzle
Date Posted: December 10, 2023

Your life is part of a puzzle.

It is if you have submitted to Christ's purpose for your life.

Jesus Christ is fitting, trimming, molding each piece to fit in a certain place, in a certain shape. You cannot know exactly what it will look like - it is known only to the Father and Jesus. Your piece of His puzzle will eventually be unique, complete, and perfect - and beautiful in every respect.

You will fit together perfectly with other pieces and you will fit with other "puzzles" in a glorious tapestry in the image the perfect One. Jesus holds the pieces of His puzzle together. As this process develops, you may often wonder what this puzzle will be like. You can know only one thing - you have the promise that it will look like Him. God works on us as individuals, utterly unique.

If you look closely at a puzzle, there is seldom if ever two pieces exactly alike. He works with us strictly as individuals, in extremely personal ways. The ultimate result will be perhaps billions of pieces in the God-puzzle, held together, and compressed into the mold and image of Jesus Christ - never to be broken up, or reassembled.

God Himself will be stamped on this puzzle - a beautiful reality picture. You will be living, and praising Him and thanking Him for making you a piece of His Holy Puzzle. And as the saying goes, "there has never been, and can never be, TWO exactly like YOU!"

This is the reason we sometimes have trouble knowing and understanding each other - we each are so completely different. There are no two pieces of the puzzle exactly alike. This sometimes creates friction with other pieces of God's puzzle. But He does not give up on the pieces.

He goes to work on trimming and filing, shaping and reshaping - filing abrasively if necessary to make the pieces of the puzzle fit where He predestined them to fit. He will not give up on you! He loves you, and wants you to live forever with Him.

His Son died in order to include you in the puzzle that is His grand design. He will never give up until you fit exactly where He had in mind when you accepted His choice to be include you in His puzzle - unless...unless you demand that He let you be, and tell Him to never work on you again...

"For it is impossible [to restore and bring again to repentance] those who have been once for all enlightened, who have consciously tasted the heavenly gift and have become sharers of the Holy Spirit, and have felt how good the Word of God is and the mighty powers of the age and world to come, If they then deviate from the faith and turn away from their allegiance—[it is impossible] to bring them back to repentance, for (because, while, as long as) they nail upon the cross the Son of God afresh [as far as they are concerned] and are holding [Him] up to contempt and shame and public disgrace." - (Hebrews 6:4-6 (AMP).

But I hope and pray for better things of you, because He loves you, and because you love Him for all that Jesus did for you. (Hebrews 6:9-12).

"See what an incredible] quality of love the Father has given (shown, bestowed on) us, that we should [be permitted to] be named and called and counted the children of God! And so we are! The reason that the world does not know (recognize, acknowledge) us is that it does not know (recognize, acknowledge) Him. Beloved, we are [even here and] now God’s children; it is not yet disclosed (made clear) what we shall be [hereafter], but we know that when He comes and is manifested, we shall as God’s children] resemble and be like Him, for we shall see Him just as He [really] is. And everyone who has this hope [resting] on Him cleanses (purifies) himself just as He is pure (chaste, undefiled, guiltless)." - 1 John 3:1-3 (AMP)
